About me
I am a coach, mentor and trainer.
All my life, I have been a mentor and inspirer of learners - helping people discover their potential, make bold decisions and grow towards their dreams.
My experience ranges from being a lecturer and trainer to running a start-up incubator. Today, I work at the Tartu Creative Industries Centre, where I support people in the creative industries on their entrepreneurial journey.
I can safely say that I have mentored and coached hundreds of start-up entrepreneurs in Estonia and abroad. My greatest passion is to help those who want to step out of their comfort zone - because that's where the biggest leaps in development happen.

I have a Master's degree in English Philology and Business Administration, but my studies have not been limited to this. I am fascinated by human development and change and have trained in Gestalt therapy, art therapy, psychodrama, neuro-linguistic programming, family therapy, coaching, career counselling, mentoring and learning-to-teach. All of this knowledge is not just theory - I apply it in my work and in my life on a daily basis, helping others to grow and develop.
